Spectacular 1 Bed Apartment in Sydney CBD + Gym

Prime location comes at a cost! Positive: The location was excellent, with nearby transport, shops, and attractions. The kitchen was well stocked. The check-in/out process was clear and smooth. Negative: Several improvements are needed. The light switches require repair or replacement due to difficulty in turning lights on or off. The dining room TV should be replaced because of screen faults. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable and need to be replaced with new ones. Overall, the apartment needs general renovation. Additionally, the entrance card was problematic, as it was broken and taped, requiring multiple attempts to work with the reader.

Positive: Had a wonderful 5 day stay. All household items present. Had a comfortable and convenient stay. Also a safe apartment. Thanks Joel 😊

Awesome location. Awesome apartment with awesome amenities. Awesome communication with owner. Property owner/manager was VERY communicative and actually answering any messages within literal minutes. Apartment was extremely clean with great amenities. Location is minutes from pretty much everything Sydney has to offer from the Opera House to every restaurant imaginable. Property has an on-site gym and bar and everything you could possibly need and more.

This location was perfect for our visit and very convenient to everything. We walked all over the city. A short Uber ride to Bondi Beach, as we did the coastal walk (highly recommend). The apartment accommodations were great, although we had 3 in our party, it was a little tight but we made it work for the short time we were there. Host was great with communications.

Place was clean and convenient. Close to everything. Could be a little noisy at night but very comfy.
